HPC registered podiatrist, John graduated from Salford University with an Honours Degree in Podiatry. He initially worked for an NHS trust in Tyneside and a private healthcare provider in Manchester, where he ran nail surgery, biomechanics and routine chiropody clinics.
He opened the Foot Stop Clinic in 2010 and is experienced in all aspects of Podiatry. His specialisation is in Biomechanics and Sports Injuries. This is a natural progression for him from his background as an ex international runner and footwear specialist advisor for Nike, Adidas. This enables him to bring an extensive and unique depth of knowledge to the subject and so ensure a successful outcome. His dynamic approach is based on years of experience in the field of sport at all levels including treating professional athletes and sports people.
Our Podiatrist and Physiotherapist are registered with the governments Health Professions Council (previously known as state registration). This means that continual professional development is a requirement of registration.
Carole qualified as a Reflexologist in 1989 with the Bayly School of Reflexology which was the first Reflexology School to be set up in Britain and started her private practice in 1990. In 1995 Carole became a Reiki practitioner and subsequently a teacher in an authentic style of Reiki, as it was originally practiced and taught in Japan – Jikiden Reiki.
Carole is registered with the British Reflexology Association which requires a Continuous Professional Development log for membership. She is also registered with The Jikiden Reiki Institute in Japan.
